Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Every Cream & Wicks Candle Co. candle is hand-poured with care. Because each candle is handmade, slight variations in color, wax texture, placement, and appearance are completely normal—and part of what makes each one special.

What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are carefully crafted using waxes selected specifically for each candle design. Some specialty candles may use different types of wax to create decorative details, whipped toppings, or other fun elements.

Are the toppings and decorations edible?
No. As delicious as some of our candles may look, all candle components are for decorative candle use only and are NOT edible. Please keep them away from children and pets.

How strong are your candles?
We want our candles to smell amazing without being overwhelming. Scent strength can vary depending on the fragrance, room size, airflow, and how long the candle has been burning.

How should I burn my candle?
For the best burn, always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts. Follow the candle-care instructions included with your candle and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Why does my handmade candle look slightly different from the picture?
Each candle is made by hand, so small differences are expected. Colors, decorative elements, wax texture, and placement may vary slightly from candle to candle. Your candle is uniquely yours! 💕

Do you accept returns?
Unused and unburned products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Used or burned candles cannot be returned. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent?
If the candle is completely unused and unburned, it may qualify under our return policy. Once a candle has been burned, we cannot accept a return based on scent preference.

How long will it take to make my order?
Because our products are handmade, orders require time to pour, finish, cure, and prepare for you. Current processing estimates will be provided at checkout or in the product description when applicable.

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available for your order, you'll see the option during checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.

Do you make custom candles or special orders?
We love bringing sweet ideas to life! 💗 Availability for custom orders may vary. Contact us with what you have in mind, and we'll let you know what we can create.

Do you offer candles for fundraisers, parties, or special events?
