Returns & Refunds 🕯️

At Cream & Wicks Candle Co., every candle is hand-poured with lots of care, and I want you to love your order! Because our products are handmade and used candles cannot be resold, we have the following return policy.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused and unburned products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Used or Burned Candles
For safety and sanitary reasons, candles that have been lit, burned, used, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Scent Preferences
Fragrance is personal, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because a scent isn't what you expected once the candle has been burned. If the candle is completely unused, it may qualify for a return under our standard return policy.

Handmade Variations
Because our candles are handmade, slight variations in color, appearance, wax texture, or decorative details may occur. These little differences are part of what makes each candle unique and are not considered defects.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
